We will be broadcasting our November 21st show at the Panera Bread located at 7357 Mentor Avenue in Mentor Ohio (in the Points East Plaza, corner of Reynolds Road and Mentor Avenue). This Panera Bread is owned by Ray Dellarco of Dellarco Enterprises.

Joining me and Gary on the show will be Thomas Gaghan, executive director of the Cleveland Furniture Bank. Tom will have a truck on site for folks to bring small appliances, furniture, clothing and general household items to help folks in need. Also in attendance will be our home improvement celebrity Matt Fox, Matt will be selling his autographed copies of his book.

The week leading up to the event, folks will be able to stop in Ray Dellarco's Panera Bread and fill out a card to ask me a home improvement question, if I answer your question on the air, you will win a Home Solutions Show sweatshirt. Panera Bread will also provide a FREE 12 oz cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate with the purchase of a breakfast sandwich, and they will also provide special giveaway to a lucky member of the audience.

During the first part of the show, our resident real estate expert Christine Dern will be calling the show. Why? Well, beyond Christine being a HUGE fan of my show, she will tell us how pricing right and staging can make the difference when you are deciding to sell your home. Also, Christine will reveal how and why properties are flying off the market, even during these tough economic times. You can reach Christine at 330-441-1737, she serves all of northeast Ohio.

At the bottom half of the show, I will set aside a few minutes of our normal programming and interview CPA Brian Zinner. Like most folks today, Brian is seeking new employment, and he will be calling in to tell us more about himself and what he is looking for. Maybe there is a company out there looking for someone like Brian to fill a position within their organization. In a small way, I'm just trying to do my part to help find work for the unemployed.
